The colour-slide viewing set has a viewing surface which is irradiated by the light source and has uniformly distributed brightness and colour temp. This viewing surface consists of at least two luminous fields which adjoin one another in one plane. At least one of these fields is a neutral reference field and at least one adjoining it is a spectrally variable test field. Under the viewing surface there are two light cavities each having its own light source. Their reflecting faces form the separating line between the luminous fields.
