The valve has a housing provided with a bonnet, inlet and outlet connected to a flow supply, and a valve seat located in the flow path. Between the housing and a valve cone inside it is a tensioned membrane which forms an upper control pressure chamber and a lower inlet pressure compartment. - The valve cone (28) has the shape of a bush, the inner diameter of which is equal to that of the valve seat (22). A piston (26) is fitted in the cone (28) and attached to the housing (10) bonnet (12), and has an OD equal to the inner diameter as the valve seat (22). Between cone (28) outer wall and cover (12) inner wall (24) is a small intermediary chamber.
