<p>PURPOSE:For reducing horse power requirement upon starting and high speed revolution, to give throttle valve function to the elastic metal plate between a cylinder block and valve plate. CONSTITUTION:When the pressure in a suction chamber 8a decreases suddently and the pressure differential between the upper and lower course sides of a throttle valve 10b increases upon the starting of a compressor or the like, said throttle valve 10b decreases the open area of a communicating hole 9a and the inflow of refrigerant gas. Therefore, the shaft torque applied on a shaft 1 is reduced so that the life of an electromagnetic clutch can be extended. When said compressor has come in high revolution speed operation range, the force generated due to the pressure differential between the upper and lower course sides of said throttle valve 1 becomes larger than the spring force of said throttle valve 10b itself, and said throttle valve 10b shifts accordingly to reduce the open area of said communicating hole 9a so that said compressor alone is prevented from generating a high refrigerant gas compression rate beyond the heat exchange capacity of the other portons of freezing cycle.</p> |
