PURPOSE:To prevent a head core part from being contaminated by cutting a block along a groove after forming a recessed part having an angle at a slender part where the groove of a protecting plate is formed. CONSTITUTION:A large number of head element single body 14 consisting of head core parts 9 and terminal parts 11 are stuck and formed on a substrate 11 so as to be connected in vertical and horizontal directions. Next, plural grooves 24 are formed on the joining plane of the protecting plate 12, and after that, the block 17 is formed by joining the protecting plate 12 on the head core part 9 at a position where the grooves 24 are confronted with the terminal part 11, and the recessed part 25 having a corner part 34 is formed at the slender part where the groove 24 of the protecting plate 12 is formed. And the block 17 is cut with the groove 28. Since a large number of head element single body 14 can be worked by one time of joining process, superior mass production property can be obtained, and the head core part 9 can be prevented from being contaminated, and also, cracking or omission can be prevented from being generated in the head core part 9. |
