<p>The instrument for rapidly and simply checking numbers on a lotto or bingo card, consists of two plates, one of which comprises a transparent frame, and the other a grid. The two plates can be made of plastic, metal or other material, which are welded, stuck or riveted together. The lower plate has a curved hook at the bottom as a handle. The top plate has the frame covered in transparent plastic or other material, of the same as the grid on which figures are written, on the bottom plate. A slit enables the bingo card to be slipped between plates for checking.</p> |
