<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate leakage from condenser caused by photo conduction of elements and obtain clear picture image by shading all light to the switching element in the picture display system that consists of a switching element. CONSTITUTION:MOS type transister Tr1 formed as a switching element on silicon print board 13 is used in the picture display system consisting of switching elements and after this Tr1 is formed, metalic electrode 8 for picture signal and metallic electrode 9 constituting condenser 2 are formed. Then, SiO2 film 18 is accumulated on the overall surface by CDV device and SiO2 film 18 of metallic electrode 9, a displaying portion of display system, is removed. The photosensitive resin is left on the part other than the place where Tr1 is formed and aluminium film 19 is formed on the overall surface by steam adhesion, thus shading the transistor unit from light or form aluminium film 20 on transparent glass pane 14 that formed transparent electrode 15, except the portion of metallic electrode 9.</p> |
