<p>PURPOSE:In a reflector made of iron plate for use as an autombile headlamp, its reflection surface is given mirror treatment by alumimum evaporation coating, and its surface is heat-coated with transparent resin by induction heating. CONSTITUTION:Heating coils consist of a plurality of straight-line-shaped conductors 1a, 1b arranged in two rows along the direction of motion of reflector 2. The reflector is supported by receiving stand 4. The reflector is moved while it rotates. For mirror treatment, the inner surface of the reflector is heat-coated with transparent resin by the induction heating coils.</p> |
