An electric socket system is fitted to a tractor and has a power source generator connected to a distribution board. The power source speed can be varied and is normally the engine of the tractor. The generator is an alternator of variable frequency. The tools used can be fixed to the tractor chassis or on a pantograph type of mounting, or a hinged arm. It is also possible to use the installation as one of a fixed frequency supply type.
