Embroidery automatic colour change - uses impulses to control piston cylinders to control functional units to execute multi-coloured pattern

In an automatic colour change system for an embroidery machine, so that multi-coloured patterns can be executed, pneumatic impulses are generated either by a programming unit or manually, to activate the pistons of >=1 hydraulic or pneumatic cylinder. Through an angled surface they deliver a sideways pushing action to move >=1 functional unit into pre-set positions. The system gives a fully automatic action to change the colours as the embroidery progresses, so that a multicoloured pattern is executed economically and without manual intervention.
