PURPOSE:To adjust the offset error and full scale with good efficiency easily and quickly, by the selective connection between the external connection terminals of the first and second and the signal supply connection terminals, and by setting the adjustment data to the register. CONSTITUTION:The register 401 selectively stores the converted data in digital quantity, and the converted data stored in the register 401 is converted into analog signal with the D/A conversion section 402. The first external connection terminal 407 directly sets the register 401, the second connection terminal 408 directly sets the second external terminal, and the terminals 407 and 408 are provided with the signal supplying connection terminal 409 to selectively supply the significant level signal, and the adjustment data is set to the register 401 with the selective connection between the terminals 407,408 and the terminal 409. Thus, the adjustment for offset error and full scale can be made with good efficiency easily and quickly. |
