PURPOSE:To realize a scanning system of a thyristor channel switch which absorbs on-state resistance deviation, by switching successively only one constant-current power supply path in a row direction to form always a constant-current value path. CONSTITUTION:Constant-current controller 7 and constant-current switch 8 supply the DC bias to a channel. Constant-current switch 8 is controlled by counter 9, decoder 10 and timing circuit 11 and switches only one path for the selectrd constant current in the row direction. Then, register 6 accumulates matrix information from the control system, by which it is decided whether the row should be selected or not, as a decode, and selection gate 5 operates AND between register 6 and decoder 10 to transmit successively the same information to plural outputs at the output timing of decoder 10, thereby absorbing the on-state resistance deviation of a thyristor. |
