PURPOSE:To enable a simply-constituted circuit to generate a stable oscillation output by controlling a SCR making use of an integrating circuit composed of a resistor and capacitor in the oscillation circuit using a single DC power supply. CONSTITUTION:In the oscillation circuit using single DC power supply E1, the integrating circuit composed of resistor R1 and capacitor C1 is utilized to apply a voltage across capacitor C1 between the anode and cathode of SCRD1. Further, the middle point between resistors R2 and R3 connected to both terminals of capacitor C1 is connected to SCRD1 at its gate. The anode of SCRD1 of this constitution is connected to output terminal 11 to output an oscillation output signal. In this constitution, the oscillation period is determined while resistors R1, R2 and R3, capacitor C1, and the voltage of DC power supply E1 are under oscillation conditions. |
