The hot water heating boiler has combustion chamber and duct system for flue gases for heating water. The boiler has cold water inlet and hot water outlet. The arrangement has high heat transfer efficiency to the water to be heated. The hot water pipe system (6, 7) is distributed over the cross section of the combustion chamber (3) with distributed gas flow openings (4). These hot water pipe systems (6, 7) are arranged by vertical stacking in two horizontal planes. The horizontal pipe layers can be connected to vertical or other water tanks.
