METHOD OF MAKING DECORATIVE LAMINATE WITH SIDE EDGE COVERED WITH DECORATIVE LAYER

摘要

PURPOSE:Two sheets of decorative laminates with edges covered with decorative layer are simultaneously and efficiently made using base sheets of double the width of decorative laminate to be made. CONSTITUTION:On base sheet 1 of plywood or inorganic plate that has double the width of decorative laminate to be produced is adhered laminated paper 2 that has width corresponding to double the width of decorative laminate and 4 times the thickness of the decorative laminate using an adhesive so as to cover both ends of base 1 with the decorative paper. Then the base sheet is divided into 2 pieces by cuting from the backside on the center in the lengthwise direction. Then the decorative paper 2 is cut in the lengthwise direction and the excess parts is turned to the side edge and adhered.
