PURPOSE:To improve the S/N and waveform stress of a signal in a transmission system by being composed of a means to execute the signal processing of an input signal with a special transfer function and a means to execute continuously the signal processing of the output with a special transfer function. CONSTITUTION:A circuit (for example, 100a and 200a) to make omega into the angle frequency of an input signal, make S into a complex angle frequency (S=jomega), make T into a constant having the unit of time, make K into the constant of 1 or below and make (m) into an integer and respectively execute the signal processing of an input signal with the transfer function of an expression I and execute the signal processing of the output with the transfer function of an expression II is constituted. Namely, an amplitude characteristic has a function (1+K.cos ((omegaT)) of an angle frequency and the phase characteristic constitutes a linear diemphasis circuit 200a. The amplitude characteristic approximately has an inverse function 1/(1+K.cos (omegaT)) of the amplitude characteristic of the di-emphasis circuit 200a and the phase characteristic constitutes a linear preemphasis circuit 100a. Thus, the amplitude stress and the phase stress do not occur and the S/N can be improved. |
