<p>TITLE OF THE INVENTION A ROTOR OF A DYNAMO ELECTRIC MACHINE A rotor of a dynamo electric machine, in which, for cooling the windings wound on the rotor of the dynamo electric machine, passages for cooling, which conduct cooling gas from the winding parts, projecting to the outside from the ends of the rotor, into the respective windings, conduct the cooling gas through passages provided in the respective windings to the vicinity of the middle of the rotor, and conduct it in passages extending in a radial direction in the rotor and discharge it from the rotor surface, and respective sub-slots along the bottom of each slot of the rotor are provided, passages being provided by which cooling gas for the windings, which has flowed in from both ends of these subslots,is made to flow through passages formed in a radial direction in the middle part of the rotor, to be discharged from the rotor surface.</p> |
