PURPOSE:To reproduce signals on a single monitor television as an excellent color screen by superimposing the compound video signal of the video camera of a measuring object on the compound video signal of a message obtained with preparing the measured result of a signal characteristic as a colored character or a graphic. CONSTITUTION:The compound video signal is outputted from a video camera 1 of the measuring object, the digital data of a first output signal distributed by a distributing circuit 3 are written to a memory circuit 5, and the message is prepared by evaluating the characteristic by means of a central processor 6. The second output signal is inputted to a signal processing circuit 8, a compound synchronizing signal 14 and a sub-carrier signal 15 are obtained, and by delaying the sub-carrier signal 15 by means of a delay circuit 10, the phase of the two compound signals inputted to a mixing circuit 12 are matched. Thus, the compound video signal output of the video camera and the result obtained by measuring the signal characteristic can be reproduced on the single color monitor television screen. |
