PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the level of a PCM-coded signal with high precision and high stability by reading out control information stored previously in a ROM according to the output of a gain setter. CONSTITUTION:Analog signals set to gain setter 11 in fixed step are inputted to addressing controller 13 composed mainly of A/D converter 12, the address of ROM14 is assigned by its output digital signal, and control information of fixed characteristics written previously in each address is read out selectively. Then, level adjustment information outputted is supplied to digital multiplier 15, where it is multiplied by an audio signal PCM-coded. As a result, the audio signal is level- adjusted indirectly through the level setting of fader 11 and then outputted. |
