PURPOSE:To feed lubricating oil only during the operation of an engine, by mounting a needle valve, which nose contacts with a tilt notch of a throttle valve, into an idle screw. CONSTITUTION:When a throttle valve 3 is located at the lowest position and is under a condition that it closes, a needle valve 8 closes because it is pushed by a tilt notch 5. Since the tilt notch 5 also rises according to the opening of the valve 3 when pulling the throttle valve 3 up, the needle valve 8 projects by means of a spring 9 in proportional to the rise, and a rear end of the needle valve 8 parts from a valve seat. Lubricating oil in an oil tank 10 flows in response to the opening of the needle valve 8, flows down from a nose of an idle screw 7 and lubricates each portion of an engine. This device can be worked and produced at low cost and without requiring much labor because lubricating oil is fed only during the operation of the engine and a micro-discharge pump is not mounted. |
