<p>The portable grill, for use in camping or garden barbecues, consists of a housing containing the food being cooked. On the underneath side of the housing is a drip tray (10). A number of elongated, duct-shaped fuel containers (20) are arranged at different heights on both sides of the grilled food, and rest on supports. The fuel used is carbon, especially charcoal. Each duct is V-shaped in cross-section, with a number of holes in the base. The opposite sides of the housing have attachments for a spit (17). On the inside of the housing sides are shoulders (19) for the supports.</p> |
