The safety set for a child carried in a car has a cushion which rests on the car seat and can be fixed to it. There is also a tubular frame in front of the seat and joined to it. This frame presses on the car seat at its ends which have pads. The sloping parts of the frame have a shock absorbing block for the child's body. This is pivoted to the frame and then locked by side cheeks fitted to the block.
