The pipes (1) may be made of cast concrete or other material and are fitted with a bevelled edge at one end (5). The opposite end is fitted with a flange (4). The inside of the flange has an internal groove to match the bevel at the opposite end. The flange end of the pipe has flat rib (3) over a 90 deg. arc of the pipe. The ends of the rib connect with longitudinal ribs (2) making a flat base for the pipe to rest on.
