<p>The interchangeable picture frame as for rectangular pictures, is made of stiff, flat material, such as cardboard, and defines a window for the picture. Around the outside edge is a border. On the inside edge (4) of the window (2) is a U-shaped bar (6). On the three inner edge sides of this U shaped bar, on one edge is a cross-piece parallel to the base of the U shaped bar. The crosspiece is joined to a support bar which runs parallel to the sides of the U shaped bar, and points towards the base. The length of the cross-piece is such that between one side of the U shaped bar, and the support bar, are inserted the picture and a transparent shield to the picture.</p> |
