CONSTITUTION:Concave is placed at the fitting part of the semiconductor element 2 of the ceramic base 1, forming the stage 3. The step 12 between the stage 3 of the base 1 and the base surface 11 is provided with the tilt part 13, and the electrode drawing out conductors 6 connected to the stage 3 via the tilt part are provided, the auxiliary lands 61 are formed at the edge, and they are connected to the lead 5'. Next, the glass 4 is printed on the base 1 and the lead frames 5...5' are placed, heated and fixed. The land 61 is selectively opened for the window and connection 7 is made in the open window. Thus, since the electrodes are drawn out via the tilt part, no open wire is caused, and since the stage is connected after being drawn out to the auxiliary land, working ability is excellent.</p> |
