The concrete paving slab is for consolidation of paths or tracks, esp. in bult-up areas, and permits water permeability through joints when laid as part of a continuous surface. The standing surface area is smaller than the interval from adjacent slabs or the top side area determining grid dimensions. The undersides of identical slabs laid side by side may have the same intervals as the upper sides. The difference between upper side and standing surface is provided by sidewall notches, beginning below the upper side.
