<p>Ski cross country training appts. consists of a base plate to which any desired guide tracks are fitted along both of its long sides. A slider is attached to the ski stick. A connecting piece can be moved to and fro along the guide track, thus making it possible to simulate the movements arising during normal long distance skiing. The slider is mounted on a linear guide which is pressed by elastic pull elements against the front stop and can only be pressed to the rear by the ski stick after overcoming the pull force.</p> |
