PURPOSE:To prevent adhesive agent from entering holes at the bonding and assembling of magnet and top plate and prevent resonation therebetween by beforehand shielding the screw holes for mounting of the top plate to housing. CONSTITUTION:Self-adhesive tapes 7 are bonded so as to shield holes 4 on the mounting face 9 side of the screw holes 4 for mounting housing provided to a top plate 2. Next, the mounting face 8 of the plate 2 and a magnet 1 are secured and assembled by means of an adhesive agent, after which the plate 2, magnet 1 and yoke 10 are heated. Although the adhesive agent has flowed into the holes 4, it is forced out to the outside of the hole 4 by the air in the holes 4 which expands when heated. A housing 5 is further assembled by means of screws 6 to the yoke 10, magnet 1, plate 2 having been assembled in this way. Since the tapes 7 are thin and soft, they are broken through by the screws 6, thus the screws 6 are perfectly screwed to the holes 4. |
