Fitted cupboard hinged flap extension arms - have additional notching position which secures flap in its closed position

The extension unit for unfolding a flap is for the shears type and is esp. for cupboards such or those built into caravans. The unit includes two levers hinged together with a notching position to hold the flap open, and with ends hinged to a screwing element on the cupboard and on the flap. A further notch-type retainer is provided on the levers (3, 4) to secure the flap in its closed position. Levers and screwing elements (7) may be in the form of plastic components plugged together. One lever has two interfacing notch positions near the hinge, with the other having a single lug to fit them both.
