PURPOSE:To form a conduit simply as well as inexpensively by providing a valve body and a valve stem fittingly inserted inside the large path part formed on the one end side of a straight conduit made of a ductile material and bending the conduit after the valve body and the valve stem are fixed in the state of being held by an electrode and a drag. CONSTITUTION:A large diameter part 7a is formed on the one side of a straight conduit 30 made of a ductile material such as aluminium and the like. A flange part 31 is further formed at the end part of the large diameter part 7a and a bead part 32 at the other end side of the conduit 30. A hole for inserting and supporting a valve stem 12 is provided in the large diameter part 7a so that a valve body 13 and the valve stem 12 are fittingly inserted therein and a water cock 9 is fitted. An electrode 19 and a drag 21 are fittingly inserted in the large path part 7a respectively from the top and the bottom, and the valve body 13 is fixed at the valve stem 12 in the state of being held by the electrode and the drag. Then the conduit 30 is bent two dimentionally or three dimentionally matching to the form of an automobile on which the conduit is mounted. The conduit 30 varies according to various kinds of automobiles can be subjected to the common forming operation until the bending process so that the formation of the conduit 30 is simplified as well as the cost becomes advantageous. |
