Instant loach soup was manufd. by treating loaches in iron oxide soln. for 3hr. to excrete intestinal feulences, followed by treatment in salt soln. for 1hr., boiling with steam for 70min., drying in the sun for about 2 days, milling in a flour grinder, and then adding and mixing condiments as salts, powdered red pepper, ginger, unmatured red pepper, Chinese peppers, petals, sesame, garlic, and radish parts.
