PURPOSE:To make it possible to accurately feeding oscillatory sinals to a motor by varying the constant of an oscillating circuit for the operatins, in which the motor is driven or not. CONSTITUTION:An electronic watch is composed of an oscillating circuit 1 for continuing oscillations, a frequency dividing circuit 2, a waveform shaping circuit 3 for generating watch driving signals in response to the signals of the circuit 2, and a drive circuit 4 for driving a motor in response to the signals of the circuit 3. The motor driving signals are fed through an AND circuit to the switching circuit 12 of the oscillating circuit 1 so that the load capacity of the circuit 1 may be varied between CL2 and CL1 for the operations, in which the motor is driven or not. As a result, since the oscillatory singnals are accurately fed to the motor even when the motor is driven, the function of the watch can be prevented from being deteriorated even if the load capacity of the oscillating circuit is changed. |
