PURPOSE:To perform the continuous shift between resistance heating and high-frequency heating and effect both of them simultaneously without hindrance, by making metal parts from iron, which is coated aluminium and then enameled, in order to use the metal parts in a heating chamber. CONSTITUTION:The metal parts, for example, a tray 27 and a tray support 28, which are set in the heating chamber of the high-frequency heater, are manufactured by coating aluminium 26 on an iron plate 21 and then coating enamel 22 on the aluminium. Thereby, the high-frequency loss is reduced, the high-frequency efficiency is raised, the temperature rise is reduced and a burn on human body etc. are prevented. Even if the thickness of the metal parts is decreased, sufficient strength is obtained. This leads to the effective use of the heating chamber. |
