<p>A kneading machine for food products includes an annular trough with a central post carrying a motorised kneading tool on a cantilever. A vertical extension acts as the guide for a carriage which can be moved up and down by another motor drive. The carriage supports on a brackets a vertical worm conveyor, driven by a third motor which can be dipped into the trough to extract its contents. This saves the transport of the laden trough to a tipping device. The compact machine saves both space and labour.</p> |
