<p>PURPOSE:To provide a waste water treating apparatus, in which a fulidized bed tower filled with microbe bearing medium is connected to the lower portion of an aeration tower equipped at its lower portion with an aerating means, and upper portion of said aeration tower and lower portion of said fluidized bed tower are communicated with each other by means of a circulating channel, whereby it is enabled to reduce both of installation costs and running costs. CONSTITUTION:Waste water supplied to aeration tower 1 from inlet pipe 9 is made to flow upward by the function of air ejected from aerating means 3, and it flows downward in circulating channel 14 and is introduced into a lower portion of fluidized bed tower 2. In the fluidized bed tower 2, waste water is held in contact with biomembrane of filler material 5 while fluidizing the filler material 5 and thus it is purified by the biomembrane. Then, purified waste water is circulated into aeration tower 1 and discharged to the outside from outlet pipe 10.</p> |
