摘要 <p>An ink compsn. for depositing onto a dielectric ceramic comprises as vehicle a material (I) with a true m.pt. in the range 40-50 degrees C. Pref. (I) can evaporate slowly at 200-300 degrees C without leaving carbon residues and it is pref. a 7-70, esp. 10-40 C linear aliphatic polymer. The compsn. is used in the prodn. of electronic components on ceramic substrates, partic, multilayer ceramic dielectric condensers. The use of solvents normally present in silk-screen printing into is avoided. The compsn. also permits all heating operations to be carried out at the end of the electronic component prodn. Suitably (I) is a paraffin or a wax, than (in)organic derivs. or their pure constituent cpds. pref, being cetaine or spermaceti, lanolin and vaseline, and in partic. stearine, methylstearate or stearonitrile. Also pref. for (I) are low mol. wt. polyethylene or polystyrene, polyoxyethylene of the P60 wax type, poly(oxy)ethyleneglycol of mol. wt. 3000-4000, poly 1-4 butanediol succinate, PVAc, vinylchloride/vinylacetate copolymer and PVA.</p>
