The combined key and torch incorporates a small electric light bulb(7) with a micro-battery(4). The key is conventional and the battery is pref. of the mercury type utilised in photography. The torch housing(2) may accept standard individually interchangeable batteries and bulbs, and may be mounted on existing keys or integrated with the key(1) during mfr.
