Quick acting shut=down system for air conditioning plant - has remote toxic gas detectors and pneumatic safety device operated by destruction of detector inlet nozzles

The air conditioning installation has toxi gas detectors mounted separately and fed by inlet nozzles. A pneumatic switch operates a warning signal if the inlet nozzles should be destroyed by an explosion. The detectors (17, 1819) for the three different types of toxic gases which shut off the fan (8) and operate the quick-acting shutter (13) through the control unit (15) are remote controlled. They receive the air samples from inlet nozzles (5') in the intake channel (2) through a pump (20).
