The connection panel is for incoming cables in telephone systems. It has a lower part holding cutout contacts and terminals for incoming and outgoing cables. It has an upper part and a cover. The side walls of the upper part have at least one pair of lugs facing inwards and engaging corresponding holes in the insulating piece opposite one cutout contact. The lugs and holes connect the insulating piece to the side walls.
