Mfr. of insulating, electrical parts from epoxy casting resin comprises mixing >=2, casting components, adding a filler to >=1 of them and shaping and curing the resulting compsn., opt. under pressure and/or at elevated temp. The resinous compsn. is quantitatively proportioned corresponding to the use of the casting and brought to a temp. adapted to reduce the reactivity of the compsn. It is then temporarily stored and re-heated before the casting step.
