PURPOSE:To automatically connect cotton yarn wires to multiple kinds of voice coils after coil winding by providing a device of bonding the bound and soldered part of coil terminals and cotton yarn wires to the bobbins of voice coils. CONSTITUTION:When an index table 2 stops, a motor 8-16 revolves, then a shaft 8-8 revolves via belt 8-18, by which a cutter 8-11 is revolved. On the other hand, as a plate cam 8-21 rotates on revolving of a motor 8-20, a moving block 8-3 is oscillated within a box 8-1 by the spring force of a spring 8-26 by way of a rotating plate 8-23. Then, the cutter 8-11 oscillates on the bobbin of a voice coil 1 to cut the cotton yarn wires between the connection parts of a pair of coil terminals and cotton yarn wires. The cut chips thereof are contained in a cut chip container 8- 13 by the air being injected. |
