A slotted cylinder (7) arranged parallel to a cutting edge has an axially parallel flat surface (8) for the adjustable displacement of the turning cutter (14) parallel to its location (16). It can be moved along the clamping arrangement by a rod to adjust the pressure against the slotted cylinder.
