PURPOSE:To reduce the reflection loss through a simple circuit constitution by connecting the PIN diode to the input/output terminal for the amplifier which transmits the impedance of the input/output terminal after converting it to the impedance of the transmission line connected to the input/output terminal and then reverse the signal. CONSTITUTION:PIN diode 22 and 25 are connected to the input and output sides of circuit network 29 and 33 in input and output side matching circuits 36 and 37 respectively, and then diode 22 and 25 are also connected to power switch 21 via choke coil 23 and 26, with switch 21 connected to power terminal 20. When the power is applied to diode 22 and 25, both the input and output sides are set to the low impedance and to the high impedance when the power supply is cut off. And the mismatching state is secured for circuit 36 and 37 against the impedance of the line in transistor 30 which is connected between circuit 36 and 37, thus decreasing the loss for the reflecting signals. |
