Colour coding matrix for TV game - produces colour difference and luminance signals from binary-coded colour control signals

The colour coding matrix produces colour difference and luminance signals for modulating onto a carrier wave for transferring to a t.v. receiver used for t.v. games. Colour control signals are converted into two colour difference signals and a luminance signal. These signals all have a reduced number of amplitude steps. The colour control signals are binary coded and used as colour tone signals.
