<p>PURPOSE:To make cable to enable to lay safely on downward inclined surface of inclined spot with a simple equipment, by providing over 1 piece of friction rollers whose friction coefficient is great along downward face of the inclined spot. CONSTITUTION:Many friction rollers 20 whose friction coefficient is great are arranged in equalled interval on the downward inclined surface 14 of the inclined spot 10. Friction roller 20 is composed of, for example, outside roller 22 which is made from steel pipe and inside roller 24 which is inserted and engaged in the outside roller frictionally and is made from steel pipe, end face members 26 which have small diameter projections 26a on the both end parts of the inside roller 24 are fixed, the small diameter projections 26a are fixed on fixing frame 30, and circumference member 28 such as rubber or the like whose friction resistance is big is covered on the outside face of the outside roller 22. Thus, cable 12 can be safely laid with simple equipment.</p> |
