<p>PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of the refresh memory contents by giving the sequential comparison between the fixed address of the refresh memory and each designation contents of other addresses and writing again the register contents into the refresh memory when no coincidence is obtained in the above comparison. CONSTITUTION:Nonvolatile memory 14 sets up the contents for the refresh designation use at part of the contents of each address, and the set address information is stored in register 15. Then sequential comparison 24 is carried out by the refresh start signal between the refresh designation contents at the fixed address of memory 14 and the refresh designation contents of other address. And in case no coincidence is obtained through the above comparison, the contents of register 15 is written again into memory 14, and at the same time the contents for the refresh designation use among the writing contents is inverted through FF28 to be written. Thus, the refresh frequencies become uniform to each address to hold the assured contents, ensuring the quality betterment for the contents of memory 14 as well as the enhanced reliability.</p> |
