PURPOSE:To increase recording sensitivity to obtain a sharp and high-density recorded image and at the same time, prevent an image receiving sheet from becoming unnecessarily fused to a color material transfer layer to increase productivity and preservability by using aromatic silicon-modified epoxy resin as a main component for an image receiving layer. CONSTITUTION:A chemical compound obtained by modifying an aromatic epoxy resin with a silicon resin is employed as an aromatic silicon-modified epoxy resin which is a main component constituting an image receiving layer. Consequently, the epoxy resin polymer portion which is a main body is oriented in the image receiving layer. In the meantime, the silicon group which indicates low energy sensitivity is oriented on the surface of the image receiving layer. Consequently, the cured resin is highly chemical-resistant and weather-proof. Especially the resin demonstrates an extremely high performance for the prevention of unnecessary thermal fusion with a color material transfer layer. |
