<p>A dual sensor refrigeration control has a first temperature responsive means (41) responsive to the air temperature in a refrigerated compartment and a second temperature responsive means (42), lagged to simulate the thermal response of food, mounted to respond to the air temperature in the compartment. The two temperature responsive means are connected so that the combined outputs of the responsive means control a switch actuator for controlling the refrigeration apparatus (31). By the combined effects of the temperature sensors, the refrigeration apparatus is controlled so that during heavy refrigeration loads, long ON cycles are provided and yet during normal loads the OFF cycle time is not too great. <IMAGE></p> |
