PURPOSE:To perform stable switching of the photo switch of less variations in insertion loss by inserting or removing one transparent dielectric of a uniform refractive index between a first lens and a plurality of second lenses. CONSTITUTION:Arrangement is so made that transparent dielectric plates 107, 108 are inserted or removed by a moving device 109 between lenses 105 and 106 which converge light, so that the light signal from the fiber connected to a connector 101 is changed over to the respective fibers connected to connectors 102, 103, 104. In the case of inserting the dielectric plate 107 into an optical path 115, the dielectric plate is pressed by a holding part 116 by the force of a spring 112, but in the case of removing the same from the optical path 115, a coil 113 is energized to attract the iron 114 to which the dielectric plate 107 is fitted, whereby the dielectric plate is removed. |
