<p>PURPOSE:To obtain uniform heating over the whole range from the starting part to the ending part of a heated body which moves continuously, without necessitating the switching of controlling method by an operator, in the inductive heating method in two stage switching system. CONSTITUTION:A setting value established by a voltage setting device 6 so that the starting part of a heated material 4 is possible to reach the vicinity of temperature prescribed previously from the time of advancing into a heating coil 3 to the detecting point on the exit side and an actual applied voltage due to PT5 are compared by a comparator 13, and signals are transmitted to a constant voltage controlling circuit 7 to control a power source apparatus 1. A detector 9 detects the temperature after the starting part of the heated material 4 passes through the exit of the heating coil 3, and the deviation from the set temperature is obtained through an amplifier 11, and when the temperature of the heated material 4 reaches the lower limit in a temperature controller 10, a contact 25 is opened by a temperature control automatic exciting circuit 12, and a contact 26 is closed, and according to said deviation signals, the power source apparatus 1 is controlled.</p> |
