PURPOSE:To make it possible to achieve the observation-error-free matching grinding by operating a grinder in accordance with instruction indicated on image of a minitoring TV set. CONSTITUTION:In order to grind land of a spool, tip of an inner observation mirror 6 of a TV camera T1 is inserted into the hollow section of a sleeve S provided with plural prots P1 and P2. And this sleeve is supported on a sleeve supporting device 3. On the other hand, a spool W (a work) provided with land-forming protrusions R1 and R2 is supported between a spool supporting device 4 and a core- pushing device 40, and the spool W's land edge is set to TV camera T2 equipped with a microscope 7. And either port edge, such as animage PE1, is fit to an index G of a monitoring TV set M1 and keep operating a cutting tool 5 until the work's cutting allowance shown on the image of the spool side monitoring TV set M2 becomes fit right into an index G2. By repeating the cutting operation in this manner all the land edges are to be finished up. |
